About STAT Association Marketing and Management
  business STAT Association Marketing and Management is a full service association management and marketing company founded in 1986. Originally established to provide telemarketing services for associations, our initial success led to expansion into exhibit, sponsorship and advertising sales and the establishment of STAT's meeting planning and association management divisions. Much of STAT's substantial client base is repeat customers, many of whom we have worked with for more than 15 years.

Our marketing origins keep our services focused on growth, while the depth provided by our association management knowledge helps us balance the needs of management and marketing to maximize the effectiveness of our programs.

STAT is small enough to work personally and responsively with each of our clients, while being large enough and mature enough as a business to provide all of the association management services needed to fully support your organization.


Sharon R. Galler, CMP, President and Owner
Since its founding in 1986, Sharon has grown STAT from a small telemarketing operation to a full-service business providing more than 100 associations with marketing, meetings, and management services. She continues to focus on personal service, delivering marketing results and providing measurable value for her association clients. Through active participation with the American Society of Association Executives, the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives, and the International Association of Association Management Companies, Sharon understands the latest trends and issues affecting associations.

In addition to our senior executives, STAT maintains an in-house staff of professional meeting planners, membership and certification specialists, sales and marketing personnel, and 12 senior level telemarketers. We also utilize experienced independent specialists in web design and maintenance, public relations and special events, copy writing, graphic design and illustration, registration services and printing.
